About Us
Academy of Learning was founded in 1987 as an international organization specializing in computer and business skills training for adult learners. Since then, more than 100 franchised colleges have opened worldwide.
In addition to Canada, we have campuses in the USA, Australia, Saudi Arabia and the West Indies. Academy of Learning has had a campus in Lindsay since 1993 and our Integrated Learning™ System has helped many graduates "learn-by-doing" and take that knowledge and experience into the workforce.
Our values are simple. We believe that support is the key to success in a friendly, accessible and professional environment that is conducive to competency-based learning. This is sustained by way of relevant curriculum, ongoing research and development, up-to-date equipment, a facilitated learning process, and a network of colleges with consistent standards, all of which are supported and assisted by a team of staff in the National Head Office.
